A New Kind of Law Practice

Nonprofit Law Northwest, LLC is a new kind of law practice. Based on the principle that sound legal advice doesn’t require large overheads, we are able to provide services all over Oregon by meeting with Executive Directors and Boards via phone and video conferencing. This allows us to provide quick, competent, and efficient legal advice, while keeping costs low. Rosalie Westenskow, the attorney behind Nonprofit Law Northwest, LLC, created the practice because she recognized that many nonprofits need small-scale legal projects and advice, often on an ongoing basis, but don’t have the budget for, or the time to travel to, a large law firm. Because so few attorneys specialize in nonprofit law, it can be hard for these organizations to find competent and efficient representation locally. Nonprofit Law Northwest, LLC fills that void by providing specialized legal services no matter where in Oregon your organization operates.
